The High Commission of India, Lilongwe is going to start accepting only online applications for new passport/re-issue of passport/ new passport in lieu of lost or damaged passport/passport for minor child up to age of 15 years with effect from 13.02.2017. No hand-written applications for passport will be accepted after 13.02.2017. Applicants are required to fill up on line application through the website https://passport.gov.in/nri and fill all details therein. This link would also be available at our website www.hcililongwe.in. After the applicant submits the complete online application, the hard copy is required to be submitted in the High Commission along with two photographs and copies of the passport and any other supporting documents. Submit Hard Copy duly signed by the applicant with two passport size photographs and copies of other relative documents (Please bring original documents for verification) at this Mission between 0900hrs and 1100hrs on working days (Monday to Friday).
