Pandit Bhimsen Joshi Fellowship for Music

In the memory of world famous Indian musician Pandit Bhimsen Joshi, Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) has initiated a “Pandit Bhimsen Joshi Fellowship for Music” which will be available to foreign musicians/artists/scholars to do research in the field of Indian music. Under this programme, the selected Fellow is affiliated, on the basis of mutual consent, to an academic/cultural institution in India. Fellowship are for eminent musicians/artists/scholars with proven knowledge in the field of music with at least 10 years of practical/research experience and should be above the age of 35 years on the date of application.
