The High Commission of India, Lilongwe invites bids through tender process from authorized dealers/contractors, reputed, experienced and financially sound companies, firms ("The Vendor") for supply, installation, commissioning of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Camera System and other accessories at the Chancery building of the High Commission and India House. The Cameras will be installed in the premises at both locations.

The representatives of interested vendors should visit the site, with prior appointment and submit their technical and financial bids, along with complete layout plan. The last date for submission of bids is 14.02.2022 by 1200 hrs.

Brief terms & conditions, scope of work, technical specifications are mentioned in the tender document. The vendor shall sign on every page of the document and submit their technical and financial bids in separate sealed covers addressed to the Head of Chancery, High Commission of India, Plot No. 55, Area 9, Lilongwe.

The right of acceptance of tender(s) will rest with the Competent Authority. Also, the High Commission is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to reject or partially accept any or all the tender(s) received without assigning any reasons thereof.
